Transformative Conflict Coaching

Explore your current experience of conflict and decide how you would like to respond to the conflicts!

Conflict coaching is a one-on-one learning space where people are able to explore their current experience of conflict and decide how they would like to respond to the conflicts they face.
In this full-day training, you will learn how the practice of conflict coaching might enhance and expand your current professional offerings. You will explore how coaching differs from other human change work including mentoring, therapy, advising and mediation.  You will apply the principles, premises, and in particular, three insights from the transformative model to coaching to explore the unique value that this model offers to people in conflict. The training invites you to reflect on how you might use the insights from the transformative model to relate to the conflicts you face in your own life and to use this as the foundation for establishing a responsible, well-grounded coaching practice.  This interactive session will include opportunities for practice and feedback.
